What we collect
Chord Lab runs entirely on your computer. It does not phone home, collect usage analytics, or transmit any data about how you use it. Your favorited progressions and plug-in settings are stored only in a local settings file on your own machine.
Purchase information
When you buy Chord Lab, payment is processed by our checkout provider (currently Lemon Squeezy), which acts as merchant of record. They collect the information necessary to process your payment (such as name, email, and payment details) under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver your license and provide support.
If you contact us at contact@sonderplugins.com, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and for our own records. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing.
