These terms govern your use of Chord Lab and this website, operated by Sonder Audio. By downloading, installing, or purchasing Chord Lab, you agree to these terms.

License

When you purchase Chord Lab, Sonder Audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on computers you own or control, for your own music production. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense the software.

Ownership

Chord Lab is licensed, not sold. Sonder Audio retains all intellectual property rights in the software. MIDI and audio content you create using Chord Lab is entirely yours to use, including commercially, with no royalties or attribution owed to us.

Payment & refunds

Chord Lab is sold as a one-time purchase through our checkout provider. If you're not satisfied, contact us at contact@sonderplugins.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with you on a refund.

No warranty

Chord Lab is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to test thoroughly, but we don't guarantee the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sonder Audio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Chord Lab after changes means you accept the updated terms.
